Meet Lesley

Welcome,

I’m Lesley Bragg, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). I am so glad you’re here! I am deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families through their unique challenges. With both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Ottawa University, my education provides a solid foundation for my therapeutic approach. I am trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and have completed specialized training in EMDR for trauma recovery, equipping me with powerful tools to help my clients heal and grow.

My therapeutic style is centered on compassion, trust, and a deep understanding of the human experience. I believe that a strong, supportive relationship between therapist and client is key to the healing process. As a wife and proud mother of three grown children, I bring personal insight into the complexities of family life and relationships. I value openness, empathy, and creating a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, work through their struggles, and find lasting solutions.

I am committed to celebrating diversity and recognizing the unique identities and experiences of each client. This inclusive approach allows me to tailor my methods to fit individual needs, ensuring that everyone feels valued and understood.

I also embrace my identity as a Christian and hold a belief that spirituality can be a powerful pathway to healing. While it’s not essential to our work together, I welcome the opportunity to incorporate spiritual exploration into our sessions if it resonates with you.

With a genuine desire to help others lead more fulfilling and balanced lives, I am dedicated to walking alongside each client on their path toward healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Wherever you are in journey, it would be my honor to work with you.
